Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before opting into the Miami Promos text messaging program. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Program Description

Miami Promos utilizes text messaging to communicate with customers regarding inquiries, custom apparel design proofs, order updates, tracking links, and customer support. Messages are sent via an automated system or manually by our team members.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user interaction and order status. You will receive messages dynamically as you interact with our team or when updates regarding your custom merchandise order become available.

3. Cost & Carrier Charges

Miami Promos does not charge for our text messaging service; however, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details. We are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to Opt-Out / Stop

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages from Miami Promos, text the keyword STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
