FAQ
How long has Miami Promos been in business?
Miami Promos has been decorating apparel and promotional products since 2016, and has completed over 10,000 projects to date.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, embroidery, Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, and Direct to Film (DTF) transfers, along with leather patches, PVC/silicone patches, UV DTF logos, pad printing, and other specialty decoration methods — giving us the flexibility to match the right technique to your project's fabric, quantity, and budget.
How long does a typical order take?
Once your apparel arrives at our facility, most standard orders are completed in 3-7 business days depending on the decoration method and quantity. Apparel delivery time to us varies too — most items arrive within 1-3 days, though some apparel sourced from certain parts of the US can take up to 7 days to reach us. When you set up a project, let us know the specific apparel model, and we can check current availability and give you an accurate delivery estimate.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by decoration method: 6 pieces for DTF and DTG, 12 pieces for embroidery, and 24 pieces for screen printing and other methods. If your project falls outside these minimums, reach out — we're happy to discuss options.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, samples are possible in many cases. Contact us with your project details and we can go over what's available.
What's the price range for a typical order?
A typical t-shirt or hat order runs about $10–$20 per piece, and can come in lower at higher quantities, especially with simpler designs. Some products can exceed $20 as well — pricing depends on the cost of the blank item, number of decoration locations, number of colors, and decoration method. Reach out with your project details and we'll give you an accurate quote.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Sizes can almost always be mixed with no issue. Colors depend a bit more — an artwork color scheme designed for a light shirt may not translate well to a dark shirt. This is worth discussing when you place your order, but in many cases, ordering multiple garment colors is possible at no additional cost.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes. Every decoration method involves setup work before production begins, and that setup cost gets divided across your total quantity — so the more pieces you order, the lower your price per piece. Since each method has different setup requirements, each one follows its own pricing curve, but any applicable volume discount is always built directly into your quote.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes. We can match over 2,000 Pantone colors for screen printing, and embroidery offers just over 400 thread colors — so not every Pantone has an exact thread match. For the highest consistency across embroidered and screen-printed pieces in the same project, we recommend choosing your thread color first, then using the Pantone associated with that thread. Matching specific Pantones in digital printing (DTG/DTF) can be more difficult; if exact color matching is required, let us know and we'll run samples to get as close a match as possible. Projects requiring precise color matching may need some additional turnaround time to complete this work properly.
Do you work with schools, sports teams, or nonprofits?
Yes — we're happy to work with schools, sports teams, and nonprofits. We also offer zero-tax production runs for resale clients such as gyms, coffee shops, and retail apparel stores. Schools and other tax-exempt organizations should provide a valid tax-exempt certificate when submitting an order so we can process it correctly. Otherwise, sales tax is collected and remitted to the appropriate tax agency as with any standard order.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes — we offer graphic design services for clients who don't have a designer on their team. We're also happy to work with AI-generated designs from tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI image generators. These images are rarely print-ready as-is, so we're glad to take a look and charge for any design time needed to prepare final, print-ready assets. When a customer pays for graphic design work, all resulting assets belong to them. When design work is provided free as part of a promotional deal, those assets belong to Miami Promos — customers can pay for the design time at any point afterward if they'd like to use them outside of our service.
Do you have a storefront I can visit?
Yes — we're located at 2026 NE 155th St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, and offer in-person, concierge-style service so you can see fabrics, ink colors, and thread colors before committing to an order. Since we're managing project deadlines throughout the day, we ask that you set an appointment or let us know at least an hour before coming by — this helps us make sure someone's available to help you right away with no wait.

What areas do you serve?
We're based in Miami-Dade and serve local businesses throughout the area, including North Miami Beach and surrounding communities. We also ship nationwide and are happy to work with clients throughout the US.
What file formats do you need for my artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best. If you only have a PNG, a high-resolution version (300dpi or better, sized to the print area) can often work too. If your graphics need cleanup, we can assist with design services.
Do you offer patches?
Yes — we produce leather patches and PVC/silicone patches, popular for hats, bags, and branded merchandise that needs a more durable, dimensional logo treatment.
