Our Process

Most people have never ordered custom apparel before, and the process is not obvious from the outside. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the box arriving.

1. Tell us what you need

Send us three things and we can usually quote the same day:

  • What garment — t-shirts, polos, hats, hoodies, bags. If you are not sure, tell us the use case and we will suggest options.
  • How many — quantity drives the price more than anything else.
  • Your artwork — whatever you have. A vector file is ideal, but a photo of a business card is enough to start the conversation.

If you have a deadline, say so up front. It affects which decoration method we recommend.

2. We recommend a method and send a quote

We offer screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, and other more specialized methods, so we have no reason to steer you toward one over another. We pick based on your fabric, quantity, colors, and deadline.

As a rough guide: screen printing for volume, embroidery for a premium finish on polos and hats, DTG for small full-color runs, DTF for small full color runs, polyester and difficult placements. Our comparison guide goes deeper if you want to understand the trade-offs.

The quote covers garments, decoration, and any setup fees. No surprises later.

3. Artwork and setup

Once you approve the quote, our design team prepares your artwork for production. What that involves depends on the method:

  • Screen Printing — separating colors and creating a screen for each one
  • Embroidery — digitizing your logo into stitch instructions, a one-time fee you never pay again
  • DTG and DTF — color correction and sizing

If your file is not usable as supplied, we will tell you before we start, and our team can rebuild it. We do not quietly print a low-quality file and hope you do not notice.

4. You approve a mockup

We send a digital mockup showing your design on the actual garment, at the actual size and placement, before anything goes into production. Nothing gets printed until you sign off.

This is the stage to speak up about size, placement, or color. Changes here cost nothing. Changes after production do not.

5. Payment

We ask for a 50 percent deposit to begin production, with the balance due before the order ships. You are welcome to pay in full up front if that is simpler for your accounting.

Contract clients with an ongoing relationship can be set up on net terms. If you order regularly, ask us about it.

6. Production

Turnaround depends on method and volume:

Method Typical turnaround Minimum
DTF Transfers 3-5 business days (48 hour rush available) 6 pieces
DTG Printing 7-10 days 6 pieces
Embroidery 7-14 days 12 pieces
Screen Printing 10-21 days 24 pieces

The clock starts when your garments arrive at our shop and your mockup is approved, not when you place the order. If your deadline is tight, tell us early and we will do our best.

7. Delivery

You can pickup from our shop in North Miami Beach, or we can ship anywhere in the country. Local pickup is usually same-day once your order is finished.

Every order is checked against your paperwork before it leaves — count, sizes, placement, and color. If something is not right when you open the box, contact us right away and we will make it right.
